Secretariat

Welcome to the Secretariat department, the administrative backbone of our mission-driven community. We take pride in our responsibility to process calls for missionaries worldwide, extending our support to inter-division employees, missionaries, and dedicated Adventist Volunteers. Facilitating worker employment placements between Conferences is at the heart of our commitment, ensuring a seamless connection in our global mission efforts.

Our dedication doesn’t stop there. We actively contribute to the vitality of the church’s mission program by providing essential support and promotion. From preparing meticulous committee agendas to archiving precious committee minutes, the Secretariat department ensures that every detail is carefully documented, fostering transparency and accountability.

But our role extends beyond paperwork. We are here to empower and strengthen our community. The Secretariat department is committed to training and supporting district and church secretariat departments, promoting knowledge and efficiency across our network.

At the core of our operations is the maintenance of the SAU Working Policy, a living document that guides our actions and decisions. With precision and dedication, we ensure that our policies align with the evolving needs of our community, creating a framework for a thriving and united mission.

Join us on this journey of purpose and service. The Secretariat department is more than an administrative hub; it’s a vital force propelling our mission forward.
